We'd like to ask every speaker to prepare a full paper and send it to us by 15 February 2014. CYCU is planning to publish a proceeding after the meeting.

Registration Fee and Workshop Program Fee There is a major change of registration payment. CYCU will make registration payment available online via paypal. An official letter about the payment will be sent out soon. Registration fee for the 9th Pacific Rim Community Design Network meeting is 80 USD (discount applied to students). For the Rinari workshop, we will collect the program fee ($185 USD, which include your accommodation for two nights, meals, and ground transportation at Rinari).
Transportation and Accommodation
The accommodation would be provided by the Kucapungane's home stay program during March 14-16. Both single room and double room are available, please let us know your preference and indicate who you would like to stay with if there is any.

During the three days, the participants will enjoy breakfast with the host family as part of the home stay experience. Lunch and dinner would be served by the Majia and Tavalan Tribes. Please let us know if you are vegetarian, vegan, or with other concern for diet in advance.
Please note that you are expected to bring along towels and toiletries for your stay at Rinari. The community-based home stay program is trying to follow an ethos of responsible tourism. Thanks.
Important Notice: The program fee does not include the high speed railway tickets from Taoyuan to Zuoying & Zuoying from Taoyuan which cost about 3550 NTD (110 USD). Or you can arrive in Kaohsiung airport instead of the Taoyuan/Taipei airport. See more in transportation tip.

CYCU will reserve rooms for the participants at Hotel Kuva Chateau.

It would be much appreciated if you can also bring your own mug. There are drinking fountains at the school, community centers, and homestay.
In March, it can be chilly at Rinari in the morning (14-18 CF), hot at noon especially in the sun (20-28 CF). Layered clothing is recommended.
